About Us:

Welcome to our platform — a trusted space dedicated to raising awareness, educating, and empowering individuals about vascular health and diseases. Our vision is simple yet profound: to ensure that vascular care and knowledge reach everyone, promoting early detection, timely intervention, and healthier lives.

Our Story

Vascular diseases are often called the "silent threat" — progressing quietly until severe complications arise. Recognizing this, we founded this platform to fill the knowledge gap surrounding vascular diseases and help individuals recognize early signs, understand available treatments, and access expert care.

This initiative is led by Dr. (Col) Pranati Swain, a pioneer in the field of Vascular and Endovascular Surgery, who has dedicated her life to improving patient outcomes through clinical excellence, education, and compassionate care.

Our Mission

At the heart of our mission lies awareness, prevention, and education. Vascular diseases — such as Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD), Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT), Aortic Aneurysms, and Varicose Veins — often go unnoticed until advanced stages. Our platform is here to:
✅ Educate people about the warning signs and risks of vascular diseases.
✅ Inform about modern treatment options and lifestyle changes.
✅ Empower individuals to seek early medical help and improve outcomes.

We believe that knowledge can save lives — and through our resources, we aim to create
a community that understands and values vascular health.

Why Awareness Matters

Did you know?

  • One in every 20 people over 50 has Peripheral Artery Disease.
  • Millions live with undiagnosed varicose veins and DVT, risking severe complications like pulmonary embolism.

Early diagnosis and treatment can prevent amputations, strokes, and life-threatening emergencies. Our goal is to make sure no one suffers in silence or ignorance — because vascular health is vital to overall well-being.

Our Vision for the Future

We envision a future where:

  • Every individual understands their vascular health risks.
  • Patients have access to world-class vascular care.
  • Communities engage in proactive prevention and screening programs.
